Something Fez said here awhile back was that he thought we could see some slippage for lenz when used in combination with remdesivir.

And the best thing about remdesivir, in my opinion, is that Trump knows about it.

So if lenz has a 5 day discharge time, and remdesivir has an 11 day discharge, then maybe, in combination, the lenz slippage Fez suspected means that the remdesivir/lenz discharge is at 8 days. That would mean remdesivir patients are being discharged in 72% of the time that it would take using remdesivir by itself.

If that is too much of a Rube Goldberg calculation, then maybe it simply refers to the Lilly product. But it's very much like convalescent plasma in terms of efficacy. "In the Eli Lilly trial, LY-CoV555 was given to patients with mild to moderate symptoms and within 3 days of their diagnosis. In other words, similar to convalescent serum, initial results demonstrate that LY-CoV555 is effective if given in the early stages of the disease, soon after diagnosis."
