It takes a while, but the real action starts soon after (usually a week to a month) the Proof of Claims is resolved: catching up on filings and fees, submitting 10-Ks and 10-Qs, going pink current. That all takes months usually, but not always. Once the custodianship phase is terminated, it can be a week to months for a merger - they're all different. These are plays that require patience and resolve, and they entail some risk, but the rewards can be incredible.
