I can’t vouch for what the OTC page said on 07/31 weather that was the exact date then when the O/S was updated on their page. Maybe it was 07/25 or 07/28??? I don’t know. I didn’t see it. If you got a legit screenshot post it. I’m going on fact. FACT is the Q showed 750,180,555 on 07/31. OTC on 08/31 updated to show the SAME. To me, no dilution. L2 has zero dilutive MM’s. Don’t know what else to tell you. We’ll agree to disagree.
