Unfortunately this can never happen due to the nature of our debt-based money system. Under the Federal Reserve (Bank of England system), the US money supply is created out of nothing and then lent to the US Treasury, at interest, by a private banking cartel. The government has the ability to create its own money debt-free (with no national debt), but gave up that ability in 1913.
The system we've been saddled with can only last so long due to the ever mounting debt and interest. It's entered the parabolic final collapse phase, and will be replaced by a new larger debt-based system that has a clean balance sheet (SDRs), which will give the banksters another 100 years.
