OTC IPOs, Mergers & Other Material Events

It was Pink but it hadn't traded since a symbol change 6 months earlier, had a big short showing. March 3rd I bought 100% of the shares traded.... the 1st trade under the new symbol then it appears a group started accumulating starting at .001 (I would have sold if they let me) and then it rose to .005 then a penny then when I opened account on the 1st or 2nd it was flying and traded at .47 while I was still locked out.

By the time TDA allowed the sell order it was at .17 and I sold in blocks down to .12 - I almost had another heart attack watching it sell.

I still hold a small position and have purchased more in 3 of 4 accounts that still hold it.

Today it still trades between .005 and .0063 and I will buy more closer to .004 if it gets that low.

TO THIS DAY I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT MADE ME BUY IT OTHER THAN THE WEBSITE WORKED AND IT WAS .0001................ and it was associated with Rolls Royce (I later found out it was the vehicle they use for paying dividends instead of cash) and to put da cherry on top........ I got cash divis on my sold shares (about a total of $8)
