There are many ways a deal could be structured, but given the information the company has put out for several years now and the way the stock ownership looks internally it seems pretty unlikely the current leadership would stay on for anything more than a transitional period of time. The key people are looking to cash out in the most lucative way and there are likely many different options being discussed

I guess its possible an acquiring company would retain Doug or other key people but I doubt that would be long term. I suppose a deal could come about that allows the CEO to cash in AND continue with the company, but again how long would that last?

In other words, at some point or another, a different entity will be in control going forward....
