Where do you see the rights have been transferred to Wandi?
I can't see RSSV mentioned anywhere, but maybe it's just me. Fakuan got replaced as CEO back in 2018. Since then Jiang Deliang is CEO of Henan Wandi.

Fukuan owns the Henan Wandi shares (4.9M), since they are under Asset Freeze they can't be transferred.
Obviously he tried to retrail and lost that case too. So time will tell. I'm checking the Sites for updates frequently.
