I have some thoughts on $FLES.

IDEA 1 :
1. I believe MMs is loading this up for a quick run this to 6-8 dollars a share before buys in public offering. O/S is just one million now. After the run pps may settle above 3 dollars a share.

2. And then the public offering starts, PPS must remain 3 dollars a share, isn't it? Or why someone will buy 2 dollars a share in pubic offering when they can buy cheaper from market. Then this will go to 10-12 dollars a share.

IDEA 2:
Same group is buying common shares and will also buy in public offering, and then PPS will keep rising like 10-12 dollars a share.

NOTE: Share price can easily appreciate 400-500% after public offering. This is a small company and fluctuations could be very high.

Either way, its going to be huge, timing could be different. One is longer than other.
