That number of shares is fluid also. The offering is for $15M max at a variable offering price initially between $2-$3.

So 2 factors can limit the number of shares issued in this offering.

1. The offering price that they can increase at their discretion according to the filing. Early investors get a better price and offering price should follow the market somewhat.

2. The 7,500,000 shares is based on raising the full $15M at the $2 minimum.

We all choose to invest our money. Whether we win or lose is solely due to the person in the mirror and his/her ability to do DD. Finger pointing and a lack of personal responsibility are simply sad traits that the weak-minded possess.
