how LICH will function. Will it be its own
entity on the OTC or will it be incorporated
into the Blank check company.

Many scenarios could happen. I think its
a good buy under .015.

But, unless a new website, filing, or intro by
company-some sort of progress/news. I dont see this
blasting off,


good luck. BTw you have so many shares that a r/s
wouldn't hurt you at all. you still could make out
handsomely.. me, i only have 300k, it wouldnt be
worth my time, to wait long term..jmho
