Question that has been nagging at me for some time:

GMU RBL was obviously working on Brilacidin over these past number of months, but IMO I hope they were spending nearly their entire time on it. Thus, I am hoping the peer review article goes far, far deeper into providing insight of just how effective it is against a number of medical issues (example - they found it works on encephalitic issues and possibly filoviruses per a recent PR)in additon to CV19. Has there been any positive word out from any other RBL to date as I had read somewhere that no other peer review articles had come out of them yet?

Makes me wonder, then, how efficient the 14 RBLs were and who was giving them the direction to pursue drugs that seemed to have failed in all cases?

Bottom line, very small bang for the buck from the labs (which many feel is typical of government) - except for GMU where, in their eyes, they have found a drug worthy of a PAN-CORONA investigation.

I do believe the peer review article and RBL findings (both the same really except for distribution method)should set the medical community on its ear and put Dr. DeGrado and the defensin mimetic arm of medicine on the road to validation in a large, large way.
