hinch the timing seems right to me but the small group of investors wanted to purchase all of Margie's shares and were to be long term holders and not dump like what has been holding us down for so long. While Mets only said a small group of investors, I never heard about a tender offer. Seems to be 2 different things to me but who know's for sure.
