Let's not forget that further share price escalation and/or some type of change of control announcement are not necessarily tied to final FDA Approval. That's the most likely scenario but nothing is off the table.

Don't ask me how I know, but there are multiple companies involved in discussions here, including one big fat elephant that is already in the room, and that big elephant has billions of reasons to have control over this product.
