Fair enough. I really don't know a lot about Craig Hallum or who they have working on M&A effort for Microvision so haven't been able to make much of an assessment beyond they still appear to be engaged, they will get a much better payday if they are able to broker a good deal, and would be a premier deal if successful and help make their name in that area of consultancy.

Bringing Mark Spitzer on for the Board of Directors very well could have more of an impact on the final deal.

Any insight on overall progress? Not a lot of information has been shared since early August when several companies were in various stages of the diligence process. My current company has been buying up regional sales organizations, but that isn't particularly useful for timing as those are much smaller and much less complicated. I was a minor part of the FSI/Tokyo Electric process (IT asked to facilitate auditors access to basically everything) and from the time I became aware of the process until it was done was just under 8 months -- likely a bit of time ahead of that so maybe 10 months start to finish. If the timelines are similar, it feels like we should be getting close to an announcement.
