After seeing the filing. I have 2 views. One being they know the share price is about to pop again so the paper work is in to dilute during and after the spike. Crown bridge also has 3 years to sell these shares. So it doesn't have to happen now but probably will. Not sure how to take this. If they dilute now then we are screwed. If they let this pop then sell on the way down they will get more bang for those buck. Not sure how it works. But why would they dilute on a down trend?
