Here's another thought. Those 1.25M TRW shares that Solomon has to give to the plaintiffs... It seems that Solomon acquired them recently, like 1 or 2 years ago. Probably paid $3.40 for it, and helped finance the TRW trade division.

An honorable effort, if true.

Also, if true, then that is exactly the value of the shares. What Solomon paid for it. So no dancing around by Peter H.
