If I am wrong then I am wrong. Again, all of this is speculation but one could logically conclude that if the agreement has already been signed there would be a penalty of some sort for backing out, kinda like when you buy a house and put up earnest money...you back out, they get your earnest money. So that is the scenario I see COULD be playing out. That it happens all the time that agreements are broken I have no doubt, I just don't see it happening without some sort of penalty that Titan would have to pay...Could be wrong, may very well be wrong, just my opinion.
