I gave several scenarios in the post.

my concern is if they emulate the IPO float, this may
top out at .025. r/s and give us shares in the new company.

If they incorporate the company into the parent company
the stock could be worth .10 cents=my guess as
fair value for LICH= 10 million= 100m float times .10

and if they let LICH trade without messing with the
float and keeping this on the OTC then it could
hit 10-.50 if its a separate entity.

But the way I read about Blank Check IPO's this very
well will get swallowed up before it appreciates in pps
greatly

am I a buyer below .015, yes. I bought 30k today to round out
a block.

This is either going to be fantastic or basically a swap
for shares around .02.03
