@Inventor1, thank you for an excellent recap! This appears to be spot-on correct.

Another reason for all of the AGs and AG of US is if the buyer is Amazon these parties may be included to avoid any potential anti-trust issues and to get their approvals before deal is officially announced.

The ten day objection period ends on 10/02/2020 unless an objection is raised then they have three days to cure.

If this ends up being Amazon, I say the buyout will end up being around ten dollars a JCPNQ share.
