What is pretty simple to understand is that it is a process. The house doesn't get built overnight but there are many many intricate parts that go into making it complete. What has been described will eventually be second nature even for the most inept technically challenged individual (s) to use without having think about it.
When bringing Amazon and others up to speed, yeah it seems like it probably was just "Magic" and they put things together without any issues, everything working smoothly as they should with no hiccups. It would be nice to think that is how the world works and it would be nice if it did but. Nope. That's not how any new technologies work. There are always things that work and then when adding in new updates, parts that are incompatible that need to be troubleshooted etc. It's a process that every established company has gone through.
Yeah and how long did it take Amazon to figure it out, not to mention that the public wasn't allowed to be apart of the testing process and witness first hand small steps (through successive upgrades - trial and error) eventually turning into major ones, and finally allowing the customer to use it smoothly. Unlike Amazon though, general people were not allowed to go through that trial and error process, but only saw a finished product. So there is no comparison here. Ones volunteered to be a part of the testing process so of course since it was being built from scratch, through trial and error it has been a growing pains process.
"Technical help is much needed?" Jeeze. Jordan is at the top of the game in that regard industry wide. Then maybe $TTCM should just scrap everything and start over from scratch? No....
GLTY.
