The thing is that Huss and Berends don't have to buy the whole bundle that sold today, they can just start the buy for a few mil here and there and the excitement starts for new or existing investors and everyone jumps in to buy the 4'rs and the price starts rolling. It's puzzling.

Like you said before, who's going to buy their offer for 3's when it's trading at 2's and 3's in the open market. Regardless of those shares are being offered only in NY or are restricted to trade in the open market.
