This is brutal for sure but the CEO and the other officers who sold stock last week don't appear to be to blame. They all sold into the rally from Monday to Wednesday without any noticeably negative impact.

If there is anything other than the increase in COVID-19 cases during the last week to blame for this, I think it is most likely the large numbers of shares dumped in the last 30 minutes of trading on Friday. Especially the last 13.9K shares at close that took the price down giving up nearly all the gains for the day. Keep in mind this selling continued after hours. So far I see no indication the CEO or any of the other officers were responsible for this.

Buying a stock then going onto a board to bash the stock does not seem to be a smart investing strategy to me. Maybe, if you are unhappy, you should just sell and move on rather than work to discourage others from holding the stock.
