It’s very interesting to see $1.2 and 3.2 valuation and that bid falls smack dab in the middle at 1.8.

Almost seems calculated. Falling in the middle of low and high is generally considered fair.

Why not go for 1.2B?

But now we have the EC at 6 to 11B

Fair would be above 8B, maybe 8.5?
