Fernhill Beverage was also informed that Mexican production and distribution is expected to be back online by September 15, 2020. Production and distribution had been halted due to pandemic concerns. Management will be in Baja Mexico Friday September 4th, 2020 to negotiate sales incentives and production levels for the remainder of 2020. Fernhill Beverage is expecting to be able to utilize The Company's Mexican distribution partner to introduce SuperBuzz Energy into the Mexican Market.

Negotiations for Fernhill Beverage to purchase an existing label manufacturing company have successful concluded. All terms have been agreed upon between the management of Fernhill Beverage and management of the label manufacturer. A final contract is expected to be signed by September 15, 2020.
