Last call for cheap shares at $4.00/share folks. There is a dog eating the last of the float shares on the NDTP-Ihub board LOL, about to file a form 3. After buy close to 5% of the remains of the float.
290K float. <500K OS, with the restricted shares locked up for 12 months after SEC 1-A or S-1 drops, and I expect an immediate uplist to NYSE with an SEC 1-A filing.
