The flippers tried to convince investors that once financials were current we would get news of a merger. Well they have been predicting news of a merger for a year now and it's been a full month since the financials have been current. And guess what, No merger and nothing to indicate one is even in the works. In fact the company itself has never even hinted there may be a merger.
This is all done by the flippers that attempt to take the stock higher and when it does they sell and wait for it to drop to buy again. It's just part of the game but there ae some that fall for it and are left holding the bag.
