Again, to create trust among shareholders and other possible shareholders, having a letter signed off by an attorney would have gone very much farther than seeing the share price drop. The disclosed financials are not signed. Only has DA's name. So who is attesting to the accuracy of the disclosed financials. This doubt is what is keeping this down and part of the reason the pps has dropped.
