Well now. I got caught up here last night, cannot remember a stock trading at 1.40 with a volume of over 200 million shares collapsing to $1 based on a 1.8 million share offering...I've been trading for years and this is nuts. Did the market anticipate the offering to be much larger? Common sense would dictate they already flipped the entire 1.8 million shares for a handsome profit before the announcement. And regardless of the offering the pr stands on its own. Guess we will know more in coming sessions, if a bunch of that 200 milly in volume was air shares this is going to be crazy. GLTA
