I second your feelings. When people get on a high horse about how much their ceo is doing for his shareholders after a deal like this....I usually just put any shares I choose to hold, as dead money for 6mo-1year at an 80% loss, on the far back burner. Those who choose to hold can't hear anything negative about the man who handcuffed their choices and those who booked the loss and took their leftovers elsewhere, can't hear much positive about that very creative ceo. OTC at its best.
