This official News should have punched the $0.64 level in the face and tested $.068 already then worked back....We didn't even retest yesterday's high of $0.6490 on Official announcement of Application of EUA

official news like this doesn't react with a gap up only to retest the Gap ups high in first hour of trading and retrace without Someone or Some group or group of groups is seriously holding these prices back with profit taking... with 4.6 millions shares traded in less than 30 Minutes
