Just a FYI on my chart info. On my 1 and 3 year daily charts .03 puts the PPS right at the 200 da SMA. Going above to .035, "and holding" would be very bullish, IMHO. Weekly and Monthly are not looking bullish at this time, but look to be nearing a curl UP in the indicators. Perhaps there is an anticipation of news?? Some good news PRs could trigger a nice move UP. TWT. HAWK
