Biotech???? This sham of a company does nothing but manufacture products from the cannabis/hemp plant according to their filings and documents filed with the Bankruptcy Court. Once again, they have a long history of a net OPEATING LOSS and the deficit grows and grows each month with no real end in site. Remember that "43 Million Dollar Contract" announcement? The SEC should take a hard look at that misleading announcement when compared to the actual financials of this embarrassing company. You would have to be a complete idiot to defend or support this company based on their bankruptcy filings and SEC filings.
