The way he said indicated in the future, if they needed it for things “like uplisting”. The way it was said was seemingly a tell.

We will see but if Nader can guarantee 100% approval on HIV, which may have been the most amateurish statement by a CEO (and one that invites lawsuits if it doesn’t happen) then surely he would have given a prediction on the imminent decision of uplisting.

There are just too many red flags for NASDAQ to feel comfortable uplisting this company. They won’t put a company on even if they meet the criteria if they feel they won’t be around or are shady. They have final discretion and Nader isn’t well-received.

My opinion but I’m confident it’s not getting uplisted
