Yes Cart they have over promised and under delivered in the past. But dont think its just CCTC, its everywhere in the corporate world. I recall a manufacturing company kept on telling their employees we are number 1 with lean manufacturing HQ will not shut us down if we keep on improving our processes out of 10 or more plants worldwide we are number 1 keep trying to improve that way its make us secure. For years Cart they told their employees same bs. One day a meeting was called, HQ decided to shut down the plant and move it to Mexico. Another scenario is.... I have yet to walk in a retail place to buy a suit where the salesperson says that suit does not look good on you dont buy it here go somewhere else, his her mandate is to sell every suit in the place. I am sure you or others here have more examples but the same old bs is pretty much everywhere its not just with CCTC prior over promoising and under delivering. But this time, they did deliver with a kiln on site. This time they are advancing imo, will dates be pushed out who knows and I really dont care if they miss by a month or two, this I do know....the kiln is there for a purpose, again the university didnt forward 1.3 million to have it sit there and then go to the scrapyard. The timing is right, the forces on the outside like the Trump address a few days ago, the Barr visit the gov talking etc bring more attention to CCTC they cant just walk by and not ask what is that there. Sometimes its all about timing as we have seen with stocks like MARK or GNUS, not saying CCTC is going where they went but the timing is sometimes the most important. Like I said Eves is no longer wondering around the world with just a briefcase, he now has pics of the Kiln and with that imo comes more interest and creditability why I would ask did the University give them 1.3million they surely did not give that based on their past. They must have absorbed the potential of their technology ( now ), seen a plan that takes us to commercialization ( forward ), then committed. GLTA
