$DGTW under the new Chapter 5 section....it will happen pretty quickly.....not like a regular Ch 11 that can take years.....they have to file a plan within 90 Days.....and court approval will happen pretty soon after they file it....So if they're on the ball, this plan could be filed soon...and the outcome will be soon also.......
