Well, now it's you, me and the CEO as shareholders, ha. I am unsure about that 17.3 million share buy on the last form 4 (along with the other shares he bought on the market). It probably is not out of the Float. It was a set price of .0224. It can't be the 22,232,143 restricted shares the CEO got for the land purchase because they they were issued in July 2020. I wonder if other restricted shares un-restricted, and he bought them up to keep them out of the float. Either way, the CEO owns 59.5 million shares, shows you the level of confidence he has in this company's future IMO. Looking fwd to the 3rd qrtr. 10Q. IMO, way undervalued.
