The SEC’s Final Rule regarding publication / submission of quotations without specified info requires an issuer’s financial information for the last 2 fiscal years to be current and publicly available.

As we know, ATYG is not current, they’re Dark and haven’t submitted a financial or current info in over 7 years.

They have several months to comply.... It’s a wake up call for the “Zoyes Boys.”
