It's clearly over-reaction to dilution. The dilution is ~30%, but this has dropped more than 60% from mid 0.07's. This is clearly PASO's fault. PASO should have announced the PR explaining why they have this dilution, i.e. dividend, attorney fees, contractors for RM prep. etc. PASO shareholders would feel more confident if PASO keeps them posted on the progress and would be able to prevent this disastrous collapse.
