With a little news this moves fast because sellers take their shares off the ask or they raise their ask. If you remember a few years ago the stock ran from .0001 to .0007 in just a day or 2 on just a rumor.
100 Million shares at .0002 is only $20,000 which is nothing when it runs.

If someone tries to convince you to buy a stock they usually have a personal agenda to do so. Not because they are concerned about you making money but about convincing you to buy so they can make money. Same is true for those yelling sell.
