AS I said in a prior post...I do not know what's going on behind the scenes. But I posted that there was likely shares hitting the market from the company...could be for a bad reason or could simply be the company selling some shares to further the merger...they have to pay someone for doing the work. That's just speculation though. If they're dumping shares and it's not merger related you can bet the merger is off However, if they are dumping shares with that knowledge a lot of people will hear from the SEC. Pretty risky move if that's the case-given the players involved.
