I have been through all of this several times, so I know what the progress is. Out of several thousands of stocks that got suspended because of delinquent filings, I don't know of a single one that has NOT been revoked. They all get revoked after a few weeks of trading on the grey sheets. Do you realize what this means? The symbol is gone then.

Out of several thousands who wanted to come back from revocation to trading again there has been 3 to my knowledge that achieved that, out of several thousands. I happen to own one of these 3, after like 9 months or so they started trading again when they filed everything and found a MM that was making a market again and so on and so forth and the symbol was reinstated from revocation. It takes forever and is endless effort, just saying. On 99.5% of all suspended tickers for delinquency, basically all your money is gone.

In difference to ticker that get suspended for fraud or promotion. They just keep trading on the grey sheets for years until they manage to come back to the pink sheets. Not so on delinquency suspensions.
