Yes nobody understands why there is some out there that apparently are still up although quiet and delinquent for many many years and others lately get suspended for 2018 delinquency.

And yes of course the most important thing is to talk to the SEC and present them a plan where they give you a deadline to file. That's why I asked several times here whether the SEC knows about ITUP's plans and whether they acknowledged it and are ok with it. That's critical.
