please tell me you understand that it is critical to get up to date on filings beyond anymore 8ks. the SEC is starting to suspend for delinquency. 2017 forward is needed.


Check the latest suspensions, almost all of them have a 10k for 2018 on file!! With 2017 you haven't been safe for months, with a 2018 10k you aren't safe anymore either. There has been at least 12-15 suspensions lately with 2018 filer. Scary stuff.
