With all the SEC suspensions and revocations happening lately with a whole pile of garbage tickers just like PGUS it appears that the SEC/FINRA are ramping up for that new program announced last week to start the delisting of over 3,000 garbage OTC tickers.
Given the length of time that PGUS has been delinquent it would appear that the management of this scam has ignored at least two SEC warning letters by now.
