The downside is limited on UCPA. Upside potential is large if you can wait it out for years @ a time. I've done it over and over and over since day one that UCPA bought out Bark Group. If you have the patience and you don't need the $'s, the payoff is huge. PPS hasn't gone below .0030 in over a year which is a great sign. Buying now has little risk because if the PPS goes down to the .003 range, people like me snatch shares up....and wait.
