How does this POS not get it's ticker removed?

Too easy a question.

For an unregistered stock, it's FINRA that decides when to remove a ticker. As long as there is a trade once a yr, FINRA will leave it alone. There are Microcrap stocks out there that hang around for yrs, with barely a trading pulse.
