Let’s file a Reg. D 504 in NC and give them some $ through notes at the higher price or at this price. They have no cash...how can you sell products you haven’t made yet on Amazon with no employees? Does any stockholder trust the Mgmt team? If so let’s file one for them and give them the money. We can negotiate the terms. They’ll take the money.
