Thanks for your interest in FEND! I'm sorry to hear your website experience was unsatisfactory. If you would like to provide more details I will certainly look into the improperly working components. To address the out of stock White Nimbus, we have the first official run of commercial manufacturing in progress now and are only selling the devices being manufactured in that run. The response has been terrific and as a result we have already sold out of the White Nimbus option. More production runs are to follow as quickly as possible and hopefully the White Nimbus will be available again shortly.

I tried to order the White Nimbus FEND but your website is not taking my order.

How can the White Nimbus FEND it be “out of stock” when it’s inviting us to “pre-order” the product?
