i have to think an approval is imminent pending the trial results due to come out now in October. $CY$$ applied for EUA on 8/12. on the last conference call the CEO spoke to what the FDA was looking for in order to make a compelling case for the EUA approval. i would assume the fda would hold both companies to the same standard even though its clear that RLF is more plugged in. also you dont just get an eua in december and have 150000 doses ready in JAN. this takes time, planning and money.
unless the govt is footing the entire bill, i think they need the EUA to get full investor buy in.
