Look, what's really left here of this virtual office/rent-a-desk shell that for all intents and purposes conducts no real "business" any longer (never did much for the past 10 years) and has "GONE DARK" per SEC FILINGS and essentially vanished and is gone ??????

It's GRIM FOR USRM - which is for all intents and purposes the Mike Michael Miguel Tomas "show" and not much else any longer- via GOING DARK nothing is known of the meager lousy $78K or so cash they "HAD" (PAST TENSE) approx 9 LONG MONTHS AGO and now they are being sued for $1.4 ma MILLION in unpaid COURT ORDER BACKED DEBT THEY OWE a former spouse of the founder.

Stick a fork in this POS - Thanksgiving is early this year and the GOOSE IS COOKED WELL DONE ALREADY LOL !!
